DUDLEY, Justice.
The Court of Appeals certified this divorce action to this Court because the case requires an interpretation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 34-1214 (Supp.1983). The appellant raises nine points of appeal and the cross-appellant raises three points. The major issue is whether an unexercised stock option is marital property. We hold that it is.
