Defendant was charged by complaint with two counts of soliciting or inducing a person under age 16 to practice prostitution, Minn.Stat. § 609.322, subd. 1(1, 2) (1982), and one count of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, Minn.Stat. § 609.342(a, e) (1982).
