PER CURIAM.

Kenneth L. Rauch appeals from the District Court's1 order finding him guilty of criminal contempt for violating an injunction prohibiting him from engaging in business as a livestock dealer. Rauch contends that the District Court erred in finding that he was acting as a dealer and in imposing an excessive sentence.
