ALDISERT, Circuit Judge.

The government appeals from a district court order dismissing an indictment for lack of jurisdiction and acquitting the defendant after the jury had returned a verdict of guilty. The question presented is whether the district court erred in requiring each count in an indictment brought under 18 U.S.C. § 2314 to meet the statutory minimum of $5,000.
