Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of two counts of kidnapping, Minn.Stat. § 609.25, subd. 1(2, 3) (1982), and one count of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, Minn.Stat. § 609.342(c) (1982). The trial court sentenced defendant to concurrent prison terms of 240 months for the sex offense and one of the kidnapping convictions.
