A jury found the defendant, Asa Minor, Jr., guilty of three counts of theft over $150. The defendant was found to have exerted unauthorized control on January 30, 1980, over three automobiles that had been stolen prior to that date from three separate owners. The three automobiles, from which numerous major parts had been removed, were discovered on the day in question...
