Phil Robbins is the owner and Kenneth Jones is the charterer and owner pro hac vice of the M/V Beaver. They filed this action for exoneration or limitation of liability under 46 U.S.C. §§ 183-189. The claimant, David Mann, sought damages for injuries he suffered as a crew member on the Beaver. He sought to recover for negligence, unseaworthiness, failure to provide prompt medical care...
