CLONINGER, Judge.

Appellant was denied unemployment benefits by the Arkansas Board of Review on the grounds that he was discharged from his last work for "... misconduct even though he was not on the job." The Board found that appellant violated the standards of behavior expected of him by endangering the safety of others.

We do not find substantial evidence to support the decision of the Board and we reverse and remand.

Appellant was disqualified...
