STATON, Judge.

Andrew Williams and Ocie Lee White were convicted of Theft,1 a class D felony. On appeal they raise two issues:

(1) Whether the evidence is sufficient to support their convictions; and (2) Whether they had a statutory right to a twelve-person jury.
