Robin Samuelson appeals the district court's denial of his motion to vacate, set aside or correct sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Samuelson was charged with six counts of unlawful possession of amphetamines with intent to distribute, one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and one count of conspiracy.
