HILL, Justice.

Defendant Gerald P. Doucette appeals his second degree murder, felony murder, and grand larceny convictions for the slaying of Wayland Austin and the larceny of Mr. Austin's truck. We affirm his convictions.

Wayland Austin's body was found buried under some hay in a remote, wooded area of Tunbridge, Vermont. Austin's death was caused by three gunshot wounds from bullets fired at close range into the back of his head. Austin was driving his truck...
