PEDERSON, Justice.

This is an appeal by Eldor and Ida Miller from a judgment granting Union State Bank's motion for summary judgment. We affirm.

In 1981 the Millers signed two promissory notes with the Union State Bank in Hazen, North Dakota. The notes refinanced several of the Millers' outstanding loans.
