BUSSEY, Presiding Judge:

The appellant, Donald Ray King, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was convicted of Murder in the First Degree in Oklahoma County District Court, Case No. CRF-81-4504, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for life, and he appeals.
