SHORTESS, Judge.

Earl Haney (defendant) was charged with the crime of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, in violation of La.R.S. 14:62.2. He pled not guilty, waived his right to a jury trial, was tried and found guilty of simple burglary. He was sentenced to two years at hard labor with credit for time served. The sentence was suspended, and defendant was placed on active supervised probation for a period of two years...
