CORBIN, Judge.

The Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney charged appellant, Charles Robert McKee, with violating the terms of his suspended sentence. Appellant was arrested and confined to jail on March 7, 1982. He was released on April 26, 1982, on a writ of habeas corpus. On June 23, 1982, the Court ruled that he had violated the terms of his suspended sentence and on July 12, 1982, he was sentenced to a term of five years in the Arkansas Department of Correction...
