At some point, someone has captioned this matter "Maston Nixon Cunningham, Appellant v. Parkdale Bank, Administrator with Will Annexed of the Estate of Nancy Cunningham, Deceased, Appellee." Parkdale Bank is not now nor has it ever been a party to this action. Appellant assigns fifteen points of error...
