Plaintiff, a former employee of defendant, brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 for alleged sexual harassment during his employment with defendant. Plaintiff contends that this condition caused plaintiff's layoff and subsequent termination from employment. This Court has jurisdiction by virtue of 28 U.S.C. § 1343.
