The two questions in this case are: (1) Whether two savings accounts at the Bank of Pocahontas were properly designated in writing as payable-on-death accounts, and (2) the meaning of a designation where an account is payable-on-death to three separate individuals, to share and share alike, and only one of those individuals survives the owner of the account.
