This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of burglary; the punishment, which is enhanced by two prior felony convictions, is imprisonment for life.

The appellant represented himself in the trial of this case and there is no explanation concerning self-representation in the record except for the court's "Order," an instrument, in which the court after a hearing held the appellant's confession to be admissible...
