George Lavoie appeals from his conviction of one count of knowing possession of stolen goods moving in interstate commerce. 18 U.S.C. § 2313. Lavoie possessed a 28-foot self-contained recreational vehicle (mobile home) in Rhode Island and Connecticut on July 12, 1981, the same day in which the vehicle had been stolen from its sales lot in Massachusetts.
