Appellee, plaintiff in the court below, Pan American Product Corporation, brought this action to recover $232,500.00 plus interest which it alleged was due for goods furnished to appellant, defendant Lotex Trading Corporation. Plaintiff's action was based on a sworn account. Tex.R. Civ.P. 185. Attached to plaintiff's petition was a one-page invoice which purported to state the goods which had been sold to defendant.
