PER CURIAM.

The plaintiffs appeal from the order of the District Court sustaining the defendant's motion to dismiss made at the close of the plaintiffs' evidence. The action had been filed on March 3, 1980, to recover damages resulting from a break in a water main on March 4, 1978, and again on March 16, 1978, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendant.
