STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The plaintiff-appellant, Southern Indiana Gas and Electric Company (SIGECO), appeals from a $28,500 judgment rendered against it by a Posey Circuit Court jury in a condemnation action. We reverse and remand.

FACTS

SIGECO filed its complaint in condemnation on May 14, 1981, in the Posey Circuit Court. Therein, SIGECO sought to establish eight separate easements for the purpose of erecting transmission...
