The principal issue on this appeal is whether finance charges that defendants Huths charged on two loans to plaintiff Bekins Bar V Ranch are unconscionable and therefore unenforceable. The trial court ruled that the finance charges were unconscionable and substantially reformed the parties' written loan agreements to reduce the amount that Bekins Ranch owed the Huths.
