The City of Dallas sought and obtained a permanent injunction against J.R. Marriott, B.O. Marriott and the B & J Excavating Company. The trial court's decree enjoined the Marriotts and Excavating Company from extracting stone, sand and gravel from their property inside the City limits without obtaining a specific use permit.
