This is an appeal from the District Court for Saunders County, Nebraska, from the denial of post conviction relief. Appellant, Jerald Dean Crouch, was convicted of one count of robbery and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of from 10 to 20 years. Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 28-324 and 28-105 (Reissue 1979).
