This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Burleigh County entered on August 9, 1982.1 The district court awarded the plaintiff, John L. Hilzendager, the sum of $36,000 plus interest at the rate of nine percent per annum as well as costs and disbursements against the corporate defendants Holiday Air of America, Inc.
