For the second time, petitioner, who is presently serving a 20-year sentence for manslaughter in the first degree, seeks judicial review of the Board of Parole's decision denying him administrative review of the Board's order of October 27, 1980, resetting his parole release date. Petitioner contends, as he did in his first petition, that the Board improperly considered certain of his prior convictions in determining his criminal history...
