The issue in this case is whether or not plaintiff's attorney is entitled to attorney fees under La.R.S. 9:2781.1 There is no dispute as to the facts. Defendant Mike Treece purchased certain carpet from plaintiff. The carpet was installed in Mr. Treece's home on June 27, 1982, and he was presented with an invoice for $614.98.
