Jimmy King pleaded guilty to the charge of attempted simple burglary, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:27 and 14:62, after entering into an agreement that provided he would receive probation if the presentencing investigation report so recommended. When the report recommended against probation, the defendant sought to withdraw his guilty plea. The trial judge refused.
