The grievance commission recommended revocation of respondent's license to practice law on the basis of a number of ethical violations. Upon review we agree and order revocation of the license.

There is no dispute about the underlying facts. J. Patrick Ryan has practiced law in Sioux City since 1968, first as assistant city attorney, then with a law firm, and, most recently, as a sole practitioner. He demonstrated a talent for attracting clients...
