Appellant appeals the Workers' Compensation Commission decision denying him benefits. He asserts the Commission erred (1) in finding his injury did not arise out of and in the course of his employment, and (2) in denying his petition to introduce new evidence. We disagree and therefore affirm the Commission's decision.
