COWART, Judge.
Appellee, as maker, executed to appellant, as payee, a negotiable promissory note that contained a usual provision that the maker upon default in payment agreed "to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees." Appellee defaulted in payment and appellant filed an action on the note. Two attorneys filed notices of appearance as counsel for appellee, but no motion or answer was filed.
