GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal from a summary judgment finding defendant Gulf to be plaintiff's "statutory employer" under the Louisiana Workmen's Compensation Act, and therefore immune from tort liability to plaintiff for his on-the-job injuries. Agreeing that no genuine issue of material fact exists in this case, we affirm.
