The plaintiff, Windsor at Seven Oaks, appeals from a summary judgment granted to the defendant, Lynn A. Kelly. The plaintiff brought suit against Kelly to recover for damage resulting from a fire in the apartment Kelly leased from the plaintiff. We affirm.
