Defendant, Martin K. Baker, pled guilty to two counts of sale of dangerous drugs on September 15, 1982, before the Eighteenth Judicial District Court. Following a sentencing hearing on the same day, Baker was sentenced to ten years on each count, the terms to run consecutively.
