The Personal Representative of the Estate of Errington R. Curtis, deceased, instituted this proceeding under § 473.340 to determine title to 28 items of personal property. Errington R. Curtis died intestate. The defendants were the decedent's widow, Sarah Curtis, and two daughters by a prior marriage, Marcella Duncan and Elaine Wiggs.
