This is an action brought by Dorothy Gish against both her employer, the Timex Clock Company (Timex), and her union, the United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers of America, Local 205 (Local 205), pursuant to section 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a).
