This appeal from a judgment and decree entered in a marriage dissolution proceeding presents the singular question: how should a nonvested, unmatured pension be treated in an action for the dissolution of a marriage? Because we hold that such a pension is marital property within the meaning of Minn.Stat. § 518.54, subd. 5 (1982), we vacate, in part, the judgment of the trial court and remand the case for further proceedings not inconsistent...
