An auto parts salesman, claimant suffered work-related injuries on November 13, 1972. It was not until January 3, 1975, nearly two months after expiration of the two-year time requirement set forth in section 28 of the Workers' Compensation Law, that claimant filed for compensation. The referee found the employer had made advance payments of compensation, and honored the claim. The board reversed this finding, disallowed the claim...
