PRICE, Judge.

This is an appeal from the trial court judgment awarding the plaintiff-appellant worker's compensation benefits for 35 percent permanent loss of use of his left ankle due to an employment-related accident. Defendant employer has answered the appeal seeking reversal of that portion of the judgment casting it for court costs and expert witness fees.
