A jury found defendant Michael Stith guilty of capital murder, § 565.001,1 and he was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for 50 years. Defendant appeals.

Defendant's first point is that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict. In ruling this point this court must view the evidence in the light most favorable to the state and accept all substantial evidence...
