After arraignment, at a hearing on September 21, 1982, defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of speedy trial was denied. On October 28, 1982, defendant pleaded guilty to burglary, and a pretrial report was ordered. According to an unsigned minute entry prepared by the clerk on December 17, 1982, the trial judge acknowledged presence of defendant and his counsel and, finding no reason not to sentence defendant...
