This is an appeal from a decision of the district court which in effect affirmed a decision of a magistrate dismissing a cause in the small claims division of the magistrate court. We affirm.

The district court stated:

"I'm assuming that the reason for the dismissal was that the plaintiff was not prepared to give testimony in accordance to prove the allegations of the Complaint, although...
