The issue for our resolution is whether the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment is satisfied by Rule 217 of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure which precludes review of the decision of the Colorado State Board of Law Examiners that an applicant has failed the bar examination but which permits an unsuccessful applicant the absolute right to retake the bar examination...
