Nathaniel Boles was convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to fifteen years with ten to serve. He brings this appeal enumerating in substance two alleged errors. Held:

1. In his first enumeration of error, Boles raises the general grounds. The evidence in this case shows that one Kiley, on the evening of the robbery, had consumed too much beer. When he stopped at a stop light on his way home, Kiley fell asleep at the wheel. Shortly...
