The petitioner, Virgil Keith Clark, appeals from an order denying his petition for termination of maintenance payments to the respondent, Sandra K. Clark. The petitioner's request for termination of payments is based on alleged cohabitation by the respondent on a resident, continuing conjugal basis. We affirm the decision of the lower court....
