This is a suit in contract concerning insurance claims submitted after a dump truck trailer collapsed and was damaged. The insured sought collision damages of $28,550.07 (the policy provided coverage of $20,000 with a $500 deductible) and unspecified damages for loss of income, loss of business and consequential expenses.
