The only matter for decision is the sanction to be imposed for conduct of the accused that was in violation of disciplinary rules contained in the Code of Professional Responsibility. The complaint charged violation of DR 4-101 and 5-105. DR 4-101 is concerned with a lawyer's ethical obligation to preserve the confidences and secrets of a client.
