OPINION

WALKER, Presiding Judge.

The appellant, James Benson, was convicted in the Circuit Court of Hickman County of possessing with intent to deliver or sell more than 200 grams of a schedule II controlled substance, methaqualone. In accordance with the jury's verdict, the trial judge on November 18, 1981, sentenced Benson to ten years in the penitentiary and to pay a fine of $100,000.00.
